Charter Communications Completes $750 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Merrill Lynch and the other arrangers and Bank of America, as administrative agent, in connection with a $750,000,000 incremental term loan for Charter Communications Operating, LLC. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
