Cahill Represents Underwriters in $650 Million Public Offering by ILFC

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets and the other underwriters in the public offering of $650,000,000 principal amount of 8.625% Senior Notes due 2022 by International Lease Finance Corporation. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
