Cahill Represents Underwriter in $1.1 Billion Common Stock Offering by Ventas

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as sole underwriter in connection with the public offering of 21,070,658 shares of common stock of Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $1.1 billion. The shares of common stock were sold by Lazard Real Estate Partners LLC and its affiliates. All net proceeds from the sale of the common stock were received by the selling stockholders. The Company did not receive any of the proceeds.
