CCO Holdings Completes $750 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Credit Suisse as sole book-running manager and the other co-managers in the public offering of $750,000,000 6.625% Senior Notes due 2022 by CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holding Corp. The proceeds of the offering are being used to repurchase existing debt securities and for general corporate purposes.
