Nielsen Completes Amended and Restated Credit Facility

Cahill represented JPMorgan and Citi as arrangers in connection with an amendment and restatement of the Nielsen credit facility and the arrangement of over $1.2 billion in new term loans to Nielsen. The proceeds of the loans were used to repay earlier maturing term loans.
