Cahill Represents Underwriters in $600 Million Public Offering by Ventas

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the public offering of $600,000,000 4.25% Senior Notes due 2022 by Ventas Realty, Limited Partnership and Ventas Capital Corporation. The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
