Cahill Represents Barclays Capital as Initial Purchaser and Dealer Manager in Notes Offering and Concurrent Tender Offer by CDW

Cahill represented Barclays Capital Inc. as initial purchaser in a Rule 144A/Reg S Offering of $130,000,000 8.5% Senior Notes due 2019 by CDW LLC and CDW Finance Corporation, the proceeds of which will be used to retire CDW LLC and CDW Finance Corporation's outstanding 11.00% Senior Exchange Notes due 2015 and 11.50%/12.25 Senior PIK Election Exchange Notes due 2015 pursuant to an optional redemption and a concurrent tender offer, in connection with which Cahill represented Barclays Capital Inc. as dealer manager.
