Cahill Represents Underwriters in $1.5 Billion Notes Offering by CIT Group

Cahill represented Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank as joint book-running managers, and the other underwriters in connection with the public offering of $1,500,000,000 5.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2018 by CIT Group Inc. The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
