Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $250 Million Private Placement by Office Depot

Cahill represented Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers and the other co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $250,000,000 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 by Office Depot, Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Cahill also represented the dealer managers in the related tender offer of Office Depot’s outstanding 6.25% Senior Notes due 2013.
