PL Propylene Completes $470 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as administrative agent and Citi, UBS, Societe Generale, Wells Fargo, Stifel Bank and SunTrust as arrangers in connection with the $470,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $350,000,000 Term B loan and a $120,000,000 revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the offering will be used to pay-out a dividend, to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
