Cahill represented General Electric Capital Corporation as administrative agent and BofA Merrill Lynch, General Electric Capital Corporation, BMO Capital Markets, RBC and SunTrust as lead arrangers in connection with the arrangement and syndication of Getty Images, Inc.’s $350,000,000 Incremental Term B-1 loan. Proceeds from the Incremental Term B-1 Loan will be used to pay-out a dividend.
