Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $225 Million Private Placement by Cenveo

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Macquarie Capital and Barclays as joint book-running managers and the other co-managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $225,000,000 11.5% Senior Notes due 2017 by Cenveo Corporation. The proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
