Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $375,000,000 7.75% Senior Notes due 2019 by Vanguard Health Holding Company II, LLC and Vanguard Holding Company II, Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
