Expert Global Solutions Completes $795 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Barclays Bank, as administrative agent, and Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and RBS Citizens, as lead arrangers, in connection with the $795,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $675,000,000 term loan and a $120,000,000 revolving credit agreement for Expert Global Solutions, Inc. (f/k/a NCO Group, Inc.). The proceeds from the credit facility were used in connection with the acquisition of APAC Customer Services, Inc. and to refinance certain outstanding indebtedness.
