Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $725 Million Credit Facility for The Yankee Candle Company

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and Bank of America, N.A. and Barclays Bank PLC as lead arrangers in connection with the $725,000,000 Term B loan for The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
