Cahill Represents The Empire District Electric Company in Private Placement of First Mortgage Bonds

Cahill represented The Empire District Electric Company in connection with the private placement of $38,000,000 3.58% First Mortgage Bonds due 2027. A second settlement of $50,000,000 is anticipated to occur on or about June 1, 2012. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
