Cahill Represents J.P. Morgan and KeyBank in Connection with Loan to Fund Construction of New Las Vegas Casino

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as the sole arranger, and KeyCorp Real Estate Capital Markets, Inc., as administrative agent, under a $300,000,000 term loan for Stockbridge/SBE Holdings, LLC, a gaming and entertainment company. The proceeds will be used to partially fund the construction of the SLS Las Vegas casino and entertainment complex in Las Vegas, N.V. The SLS Las Vegas will be located on the site of what was formerly the Sahara Hotel & Casino.
