Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $980 Million Credit Facility for MSCI Inc.

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as administrative agent and Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Securities and Fifth Third Bank as lead arrangers in connection with the $980,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $880,000,000 Term A loan and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for MSCI Inc., a provider of investment decision support tools. Proceeds from the facility were to be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
