Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended and Restated Credit Agreement by Sealy Mattress Company

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and JPMorgan Chase Bank, GE Capital Corporation, and Citigroup as lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of Sealy Mattress Company’s $100,000,000 asset-based revolving credit facility in order to extend the maturity of the facility and make certain other changes.
