Cahill Represents SMG in Debt Refinancing

Cahill represented worldwide arena and venue manager SMG in connection with a $280 million first lien credit agreement and a $105 million second lien credit agreement the proceeds of which refinanced existing indebtedness of SMG and its affiliates.
