Genpact Completes $925 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as administrative agent and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo as lead arrangers in connection with the $925,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $675,000,000 Term B loan and a $250,000,000 revolving credit facility for Genpact International, Inc, Headstrong Corporation and Genpact Global Holdings (Bermuda) Limited. Proceeds from the facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and to finance a dividend payment.
