Cahill represented RBS as sole book running manager and Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P.Morgan, UBS Investment Bank, and Wells Fargo Securities as co-managers in connection with the public offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2022 for D.R. Horton, Inc.
