The Jones Group Completes $100 Million Add-on Notes Offering

Cahill represented Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers in connection with the public offering of $100,000,000 of add-on notes to The Jones Group Inc.’s outstanding 6.875% Senior Notes due 2019. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
