Rock-Tenn Completes Amended and Restated Credit Facility

Cahill represented Wells Fargo as administrative agent and arranger in connection with the amendment and restatement of Rock-Tenn’s $2,697,575,000 multi-currency credit facility pursuant to which the maturity of such facility was extended, pricing adjusted and certain other changes made through the making of new loans thereunder to refinance the existing loans.
