Intelsat Completes $3.7 Billion Amended Credit Facility

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch as administrative agent and BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan as lead arrangers and the other book runners in connection with the amendment of Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A.’s $3,718,000,000 credit facility that replaced the $3,218,000,000 term loan, reduced the pricing and made certain other modifications to the facility.
