Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank Securities as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the $470,588,224 Initial Public Offering of 29,411,764 shares of common stock by Berry Plastics Group, Inc. (NYSE: BERY). The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
