Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities as lead book-running manager and the other managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2020 by Aleris International, Inc., a manufacturer of aluminum products.
