Radio Systems Completes $250 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Fifth Third Securities and BMO Capital Markets as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.375% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2019 by Radio Systems Corporation. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
