Cahill Represents Barclays Bank in Credit Facility for DAE Aviation

Cahill represented Barclays Bank PLC as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with U.S. and Canadian credit facilities for DAE Aviation Holdings, Inc., including $545,000,000 of Term B Loans and $150,000,000 in asset-based revolving commitments. Proceeds from the loans will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
