Cahill represented Praxair, Inc. in connection with its public offering of $700,000,000 comprised of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.05% Notes due 2017 and $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.55% Notes due 2042. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
