Cahill Represents PNC Bank in Credit Facility for Handy & Harman Group

Cahill represented PNC Bank as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with a $205,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $115,000,000 term loan and a $90,000,000 revolving credit facility for Handy & Harman Group Ltd. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
