Cahill Represents Morgan Stanley in Acquisition Financing for Patheon

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as administrative agent and joint lead arranger in connection with a $660,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $575,000,000 term loan credit facility and a $85,000,000 revolving credit facility for Patheon Inc. and the other Borrowers party thereto. Proceeds from the facility will be used in connection with the acquisition of Banner Pharmacaps by Patheon Inc.
