Cahill Represents Underwriters in $1.8 Billion Common Stock Offering by HCA

Cahill represented Citi and Barclays as lead underwriters in connection with the public offering by HCA Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HCA) of 50,000,000 shares of its common stock resulting in proceeds of $1,793,500,000. The selling stockholders received all of proceeds from the sale.
