Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $30 Million Offering by Stream

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets as joint book running managers in a Rule 144A offering of $30,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 11.25% Senior Secured Notes Due 2014 by Stream Global Services, Inc., a global business process outsourcing company. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
