Cahill Represents PGS in $150 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, an oilfield service company who provides geophysical services worldwide, in connection with its 144A/Reg S offering of $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.375% Senior Notes due 2018. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
