Cahill Represents Citigroup in Senior Notes Offering by Ardagh

Cahill represented Citigroup as sole book-running manager in connection with the €250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.0% First Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2022 and the $420,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.875% First Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2022 offerings by Ardagh Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh Holdings USA Inc. Proceeds from the offerings will be used to finance the proposed acquisition of all of the equity interests of Saint-Gobain Containers, Inc. and for general corporate purposes.
