Cahill Represents Underwriters in IPO for EVERTEC

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the $575,798,860.00 Initial Public Offering of 28,789,943 shares of common stock of EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC). The portion of the proceeds from the offering received by Evertec will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and to redeem existing notes and the remaining portion of the proceeds of the offering will be received by selling stockholders.
