Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as initial purchasers in connection with the offering of $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.75%/9.50% Senior Notes due 2018 by Tops Holding II Corporation a parent company of grocery store chain Tops Markets, LLC.
