Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup as joint book-running managers in connection with the public offering of 15,000,000 shares of Common Stock of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK), resulting in gross proceeds of $115,950,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
