Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition of Websense, Inc. by Tomahawk Acquisition

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities, RBC Capital Markets, and Guggenheim Corporate Funding as arrangers in connection with the $615,000,000 credit facilities comprised of a $350,000,000 Term B Loan, a $225,000,000 Second Lien credit agreement and a $40,000,000 revolver for Tomahawk Acquisition LLC. Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with the acquisition of Websense, Inc. by Tomahawk Acquisitions, LLC.
