ConvaTec Finance Completes $900 Million PIK Toggle Notes Offering

Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.25%/9.00% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2019 by ConvaTec Finance International S.A. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay preferred equity certificates of the parent guarantor and to pay related fees and expenses.
