Cahill Represented Deutsche Bank Securities as sole book-running manager in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2018 by T-Mobile USA, Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
