Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the secondary public offering of 23,000,000 shares of common stock of EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC), which includes 3,00,000 shares allocated to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
