Cahill Represents Arrangers in Connection with Wendy’s Upsizing

Cahill represented Bank of America and Wells Fargo Securities as joint lead arrangers and Bank of America as administrative agent in connection with a $225 million incremental term loan facility for Wendy’s International, Inc. The proceeds from the facility will be used by Wendy’s to pay down its existing senior notes. Wendy’s (NASDAQ: WEN), headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is the world's third largest quick-service hamburger company. The Wendy's system includes more than 6,500 franchise and Company restaurants in the United States and 27 countries and U.S. territories worldwide.
