Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $1,000,000,000 Senior Notes comprised of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.00% Senior Notes due 2023, and $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.40% Senior Notes due 2043 by News America Incorporated. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
