Cahill represented Credit Suisse as sole underwriter in connection with the public offering of 10,340,418 shares of Common Stock of Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR), resulting in gross proceeds of $200,604,109.20. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
