Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for Mitchell International

Cahill represented the administrative agents and lead arrangers in connection with credit facilities comprised of a $490,000,000 term B loan, a $245,000,000 Second Lien loan, and a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility for Mitchell International, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise data, software and eBusiness solutions for the automotive insurance, collision repair, medical claims and glass replacement industries. Proceeds from the loans were used in connection with the acquisition of Mitchell by private equity firm KKR.
