Cahill Represents Morgan Stanley in Credit Facilities for Alvogen Pharma

Cahill represented Morgan Senior Funding, Inc. as administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with the $60,000,000 Term B loan and $10,000,000 Term B loan for Alvogen Pharma US, Inc., a multinational pharmaceuticals company focused on complex generic products. Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with certain acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
