Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with T-Mobile USA, Inc.'s registered offering of $2,000,000,000 notes, comprised of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2022 and $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.5% Senior Notes due 2024.
Cahill also represented the underwriters in the public offering of 72,765,000 shares of common stock of T-Mobile US, Inc. (NYSE: TMUS) resulting in gross proceeds of $1,819,125,000.
