Cahill Represents Arch Capital in $500 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Arch Capital Group (U.S.) Inc. in connection with its public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.144% Senior Notes due 2043, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Arch Capital Group Ltd. Proceeds from the offering were used in connection with a certain acquisition as well as for anticipated growth in its mortgage and other select businesses.
